Fixed Price Jobs
Common handyman and simple plumbing jobs at a set price for Gary's labour, so you know where you stand before he starts.
How the price works
- One small job

Coming out to you is only counted once, so the more small jobs you line up in one visit, the better the value per job. Got a longer list? A half or full day is usually the best deal.
Labour only. Any parts or materials (taps, fittings, sealant and so on) are charged in addition, at cost, or you can supply your own.
No VAT. The prices shown are the full amount. Nothing is added on top for labour.
Straightforward jobs. These prices assume the job is accessible and the things it relies on are already in place and working. If a job turns out to need extra work (for example, an outside tap where there is no nearby internal pipework), Gary will explain and give you a separate price first. He does not take on full plumbing installations, or any electrical, gas, roofing or certified work.
Final price confirmed before work starts.
